     My first sprint triathlon took place
near Windsor in 2011. With no race experience or coaching I trained with the aid of a book and the odd magazine article. My first open water swim the day before with a hired wet suit. The bike was heavy and kit from Aldi... it was a memorable experience, but got me hooked.

I'm an enthusiastic cyclist, who also enjoys running, strength and conditioning.

I have completed far to many long distance sportives to count across Europe and many infamous Tour De France hill climbs. I have competed duathlons and building up my long distance running aiming for my first half marathon. 

I'm an experienced athelte across many sports. As a triathlete and enjoy all distances.

I have completed far to many Ironman Races across Europe and the UK. Passionate about fitness and how we achieve our goals. Looking forward to developing my coaching skills with Pontypool Triathlon

I have been an active member of running clubs and am a passionate supporter of Pontypool Triathlon.

I have been involved in Triathlon in various clubs across South Wales and have completed both full and Half Ironman distances.
